baked cheese macaroni

ola~
assalamualaikum! =D
i noe it has been long time me no update this precious blog ni (kui3.. ayat cliche blogger everytime diorang dah lama x update)
by the way, as we know n as i know, my blog memang all about cakes, foods and my passions!
i dont update my daily activities. so i think it's okay if i do it as i like. =P
all rite,
last weekend, me and my sister did sumthing new! we made baked macaroni! (which i think more or less the same as fried one.. or maybe we failed? lol)
nahh.. never mind.
im just gonna share the recipe and what we did, it's up to u (if u plan of trying this) to alter or do what ever u like.

first and foremost, ready a pack of minced beef or daging kisar.. brand ramly boleh..
and then, put them on ur pan.

after that, sliced some onions and garlics. if possible, blend the garlics and 'diced' the onions.

u can see it's turning whitish colour.. (well, daging memasak kann..)
pour tomato cream (any kind of brand u can try) im not sure the measurement but just pour all jelah. =P

and what i love the most in pasta is their mushy2room.. XD picture below are button mushrooms which are usually well 'blended' in pasta..
arent they cute??? hehe
slice them.

now' it's time for the boss. (the macaroni itself) after u toss it, just pour onto the mixture earlier. however, there is another way u can try. instead of pouring the macaroni onto the sauce in the pan, try pour the sauce onto those cutey macaroni in a MOULD (usually use in baking) and mix them up in it.. because i tried mixing them in the pan n i guess, it dried up the sauce so much. huuu~ =(

mixed sauce + macaroni in mould.
prefer spicy food? just add some chilli sauce or anything u like to make it 'hottie~' =D
last but not least, sprinkle some salt (u can do it before u add the macaroni) and pour lil amount of black peppers. yummy!

poor thing was, we had no idea of finding good cheese and cheap. so, thinking this was just a 'try'~ we tried them with cheesedale which i absolutely DO NOT recommend. Please buy cheddar or mozarela.

put it in oven for..... 20 mins. or maybe 15 mins.

and tadaaa~ ;)
comment?
errmmmm... like i said, not so much diff compare to fried macaroni. it's just because memang i fried it before bake them. it was supposed to be so saucy, juicy and creamy~
however, it wasnt that bad.. the taste was still enjoyable. =)

so thanks for reading! good day people~
